The Maintenance Division is responsible for the development, adaptation, reform and/or improvement of specialized areas. An example of this service is our Electro-mechanic teams.

Casalimpia S.A. is equipped with the necessary professionals to proceed and  carry out the proper steps and execute plan reforms for the new work area.

These professionals design projects and analyze the plan strategy for remodeling as well as repair of the work area. They are specialized in the following adaptation techniques:

• Electrical installation.

• Refrigeration.

• Air conditioning.

• Calibrations.

• Gas Systems.

• Fire Alarm Systems.

The installations are always completed in accordance with the appropriate rules  and regulations set forth by the corresponding government organizations.

We are developing projects in order to pave the way towards new technology  which will result in reduced production costs and availability of department personnel. The maintenance department personnel is also responsible for the analysis and diagnostics for the overall maintenance of all machinery which include the following job tasks:


•Preventive maintenance.

•Technical/Legal maintenance.

•Corrective maintenance.

•Conductive maintenance.

• Wide Range of Preventive Maintenance Techniques.

• Maintenance Plan Design.
 
• Production of Work Orders, Preventive or Corrective Necessities and Conservation.
 
• Execution and Development of Maintenance Work.
